Abstract: The article deals with questions of spiritual and moral education for students of medical institutes with the account of their following participation in formation of citizen’s society in Uzbekistan. It was shown the significance of spiritual education of person, the role of older generation in improvement politicial, legal and ecological culture of youth.

Summary: The article presents the summary of numerous difficulties through working adaptation process for the new hired specialists derived from situational requirements of working standards. Analytical conclusion also shows the achievement to new working quality due to the innovative human resource management in terms of capacity building and the socio-psychological significance of changing human resources within the social activities. It stops to function only as organizational and administrative process and restructures as a provision of psychological preparedness. Thus the psychological capacity building of human resources requires learning and working situational arrangements based on the following components: adaptation to the working process, professional formation of competitions, working flexible formation of the models towards the certain situation.
