Summary: The article considers the problem of sales management in a service enterprise. Were determined the specifics and main problems of creating of a distribution system for a service company. Were characterized the basic concepts: service sphere, sales channel, intermediation, sales management. Was defined the list of the main ways of attracting intermediaries in the process of sales management of the service enterprise.

Annotation. Practically, temporary disproportions of production results because of variations of natural conditions on years, are the reflection of essential dependence of certain fields of economics of the republic, primarily agroindustrial complex. Nowadays, source of one of most tangible damages to national economy is insufficient protection of agriculture from meteorological leaps and impacts of sudden factors. In nowadays conditions transition to market relations, formation of economic mechanism of agroindustrial complex, faster development of it to reliable provision of the republic needs with foodstuffs and agricultural raw materials depends on improvement of economic mechanism of agroindustrial complex formation and rearrangement of economic strategy.

Summary: The article reveals the theoretical essence of diagnostics of personality on motivation to success of the T. Ehlers and practically applied to the study of young workers in the tourist industry. The essence of the concepts "motivation", "motive". В самой политической идеологии феминизма выделается 3 основных течения: социальный, либеральный и радикальный феминизм. В статье дается анализ о положении и участии женщин в политике, рассматриваются феминистские представления о праве, равенстве и различии, дается определение патриархату и гендеру.
